Tracking
When tracking information is available, it may be provided after the order has been shipped.
Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Any applicable import charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Delays
